Chandler, AZ (PRWEB) April 28, 2010 -- Quest Online, LLC, the publisher and developer of massively multiplayer online games (MMOs), today announced the immediate availability of Alganon, its highly anticipated massively multiplayer online (MMO). The game can be purchased from www.myalganon.com and other digital distribution partners for $19.95, and is free to play without a subscription commitment.

Join us! Alganon is a fantasy-based MMORPG that allows thousands of people to play together in a virtual world that features a rich history dominated by commanding deities, powerful weapons and armor, deadly magic, epic quests, ancient places to discover, the utilization of detailed trade skills, and more.

"The completion and much anticipated official launch of Alganon is finally here!," said Derek Smart, President of Quest Online, LLC. "We appreciate the valuable feedback from the testers as well as those who bought and played the original December 2009 release. The continued enthusiasm and dedication of players around the world, and the help they gave us in helping to finish and fine tune the game is very much appreciated".

The world of Alganon has a rich multi-cultural background and history that spans thousands of years. Grand cities, dark ruins deep in the most dangerous parts of the world - it all ties together in some fashion, and all of it has a purpose, a history, or a legend. Some of this history has been documented in the game's library system, but much of it must be discovered by player. Alganon features two large continents. The Asharr-controlled continent of Ardonya, and the Kujix-controlled continent of Harraja. Both continents have all types of terrain encompassing forests, fields, plains, deserts, mountains, jungles, swamps, and tundras.

"Traditionally, massively multiplier online games have been about three basic gameplay pillars - combat, exploration and character progression," Derek Smart continued. "In Alganon, in addition to these we've added the fourth pillar to the equation; a story. We delivered a fun, immersive adventure that gamers expect in a top quality massively multiplayer online game. To top it all off, we're not done yet. A whole new adventure with new updates will follow soon, starting with a consignment house, new classes, PvP and much more."

Alganon (http://www.alganon.com) is a fantasy-based MMORPG that allows thousands of people to play together in a virtual world that features a rich history dominated by commanding deities, powerful weapons and armor, deadly magic, epic quests, ancient places to discover, the utilization of detailed tradeskills, and more. Designed from scratch and based in a uniquely created world, the initial goal in designing Alganon is to provide 'Fun game play with unlimited growth in a massive world of immersion and interaction'. Alganon has more than two years of expansions and feature enhancements planned for its players, including new races, classes, and domains. Large scale-combat, deity patronage, and crusades are just a few of the upcoming features players can begin to prepare for as they utilize the powerful real-time study system to define their character's future goals. Alganon embraces the vibrant, immersive style of persistent large-scale open-world game play many recent MMOGs have been lacking. Players don't feel funneled through a small segmented world; instead they grow and expand on their own, following the more than 1,600 available quests. With the addition of the integrated Library system and MyAlganon support, QOL has a game with both the world and features players have been looking for.
